My practice is built on a foundation of professional training as a Certified Integrative Health Coach (IIN) paired with a personal journey through stress, burnout, and depression.
I have not only navigated the demanding environments of corporate life, but also experienced the stress societal expectations can place on "stay-at-home" parents. The toll these can take on energy and wellbeing is something I understand deeply.
This background brings insight, empathy, and real-life perspective to our work. My role is to be a steady guide, helping you regain direction and take action without forcing change or overwhelming your already busy system.
